Cantonese Style Bacon

Canton style bacon is one kind of Cantonese style preserved meats, made with common food in Guangdong Pearl Delta and usually used fresh streaky pork with fat and thin layers as the main ingredient, i.e. the meat in pig¡¯s abdominal part with fat and thin meat.
